MEET ROBIN

Hello, my name is Robin Hitchman. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Emotionally Focused Therapist and Supervisor. I have been working with couples and families since 2009. I was introduced to the transformative qualities of Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) in my graduate program. I quickly knew this was the model I was going to use in my practice as a Marriage and Family Therapist.

     EFT has a revolutionary way of perceiving relationships. The human brain is hard wired for attachment, love, and a felt sense of belonging. As an EFT therapist, I use this perspective to understand behaviors that present in relationships. I can help you move from a place of distress and a sense of disconnection in your relationship to a place of safety and a feeling of being understood, appreciated, and deeply loved. I have experienced this with 1000s of couples and have full confidence I can help you transform your relationships as well.
